Clean nubuck hiking boots first!
These hiking boots have a strong snow edge, possibly this was also caused by water. We suspect that the boots have not been impregnated before. Here we show how to first clean to remove such residues from the leather in a natural way.
Before you start wet cleaning, you should use the Tapir suede eraser to remove existing edges, especially at the edges. This is pulled over the leather with light pressure and can go deep and move and clean the fibers with it.
After the process is complete, you reach for the Tapir Outside Cleaner. One shot in warm water and one in the sponge to create a foam. Wet the hiking boot completely and let it soak in. Then clean with circular movements and repeat the process until the shoe is clean. You can also clean stubborn dirt at this point with the Tapir dirt brush . At the end, use clear water to remove the foam from the leather.
Waterproofing nubuck hiking boots!
Now we come to the impregnation, as soon as the shoe is cleaned, the impregnation can be incorporated into the damp shoe, but can also be made dry. For this purpose , the tapir impregnation is used for suede, nubuck and suede.
Shake the product well before use so that the ingredients are well distributed, then from a distance of 20cm, spread the impregnation well on the shoe so that it can be absorbed evenly. It is best to massage the impregnation evenly into the leather with a Tapir application brush and then let it dry.
Then use the suede eraser to put the fibers back up.
