Leather impregnation for smooth leather
Tapir Leather Impregnation for Smooth Leather is a high-quality impregnation made from purely natural raw materials. The impregnation penetrates deep into the leather and at the same time nourishes and protects against moisture and dirt. The natural ingredients maintain the breathability of the leather and create a light, matt shine that makes the leather appear fresh and well-groomed.
Application for smooth leather:
-
Preparation: Remove dust and dirt from the smooth leather with a soft shoe shine cloth or a Tapir dirt brush . With the dirt brush, you can clean the soles wonderfully first. Dirt should be carefully removed in order to achieve an optimal effect of the impregnation.
-
Impregnate: As soon as the shoe is completely cleaned, the impregnation can be applied to the damp shoe. Spray evenly on the leather from a distance of about 20-30 cm so that it has a fine layer. Spread the impregnation evenly with an application brush or cloth until it is no longer visible. The seams of the shoe are particularly important. The natural raw materials act quickly and create a light protective shield against moisture and dirt.
-
Finish: Gently polish the leather with a Tapir gloss brush. This helps to distribute the natural product optimally. For intensive protection, the application can be repeated if necessary.
Leather impregnation for suede, suede and nubuck leather
The Tapir leather impregnation for suede, suede and nubuck leather is also based on natural ingredients such as vegetable oils and waxes, which gently penetrate the open-pored fibres. These ingredients are particularly suitable for sensitive suede types, as they not only provide moisture protection to the leather, but also maintain its natural structure and intensify the color.
Application for suede, suede and nubuck leather:
-
Preparation: If dirty, wet clean the leather with the leather cleaner or dry clean it with a suede eraser . For suede, you can also use the Tapir brass brush to remove dirt. Cleaning ensures that the impregnation can be absorbed evenly and does not leave any stains.
-
Impregnate: Spray the leather impregnation from a distance of about 20-30 cm. Due to the natural oils and waxes, the spray pattern can form droplets, but distribute them evenly with an application brush and massage them into the leather.
-
Distribute: Immediately after spraying, distribute the droplets evenly on the leather with a small Tapir application brush or the Tapir Gloss Brush . This method allows the natural ingredients to penetrate the leather optimally and ensure long-lasting protection.
-
Restore structure: After a short drying time, gently roughen the leather with the Tapir suede brass brush or a Tapir suede eraser, always working in one direction. This ensures that the natural structure of the leather is retained and the leather retains its matte, velvety surface.
The impregnation based on natural raw materials effectively protects the leather from moisture and gives it a fresh, lively expression.
