Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method. The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne additionally by you. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods, even after you have placed your order.

On Account
After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within the payment period specified in the invoice.

Prepayment

If you pay in advance, you will receive an electronic message stating the amount to be paid and our bank details. Once your payment has been credited to our accounts, the ordered products will be dispatched to you as soon as they are available.

Instant bank transfer
Payment is made by online bank transfer from your bank account. Almost all German banks (including savings banks, Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, DKB and Postbank) are connected. After entering your sort code and account number, you can pay securely via online banking directly from your current account (using PIN and TAN). The prerequisite for this is that you have a current account that is authorised for online banking. No login or registration is required.

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
