Der Herstellungsprozess besteht aus mehreren Schritten:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0Gerbung:<\/strong>\u00a0Zuerst\u00a0werden\u00a0die\u00a0Tierh\u00e4ute\u00a0gereinigt\u00a0und\u00a0gegerbt, damit\u00a0sie\u00a0haltbar werden.\u00a0Dies kann mit\u00a0pflanzlichen\u00a0oder\u00a0chemischen\u00a0Gerbmitteln passieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Schneiden<\/strong>: Nach der Gerbung werden die H\u00e4ute in die gew\u00fcnschte Form und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe geschnitten. Das sogenannte Narbenleder, welches die obere Schicht der Haut bezeichnet, wird dabei entfernt. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt man die weiche und samtige Oberfl\u00e4che des Veloursleders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0Schleifen:<\/strong>\u00a0Im Anschluss daran wird die\u00a0Innenseite\u00a0der\u00a0Haut\u00a0noch geschliffen. Hierdurch wird die charakteristisch weiche und flauschige Textur vom Veloursleder noch weiter erzeugt. Je\u00a0nach\u00a0gew\u00fcnschtem\u00a0Finish\u00a0kann dieser Schleifprozess variieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. F\u00e4rben:<\/strong> Nach dem Schleifen wird das Veloursleder noch gef\u00e4rbt.
