Delivery and shipping costs<\/h1>\n

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs Germany:<\/strong><\/p>\n

For every order, we charge a standard shipping cost share of 4.60 euros for end customers up to an order value of 49.00 euros. From an order value of 49.00 euros, the standard shipping cost share for end customers is completely eliminated. For retailers, the shipping cost share is waived from an order value of \u20ac100. If partial deliveries are made, the shipping cost share will of course only be charged once.
Standard shipping is done by DPD. If you wish to have your order shipped by DHL, you can select this during the ordering process. The cost is 2.50 euros plus standard shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Delivery abroad is only possible against advance payment!

For shipments in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, up to a weight of 4 kg 12.00 euros will be charged. If the shipment is heavier, the actual postage costs will be charged. For deliveries to Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland up to 5 kg we charge \u20ac 25. For shipments to other countries, the applicable postage costs will always be charged.<\/p>\n

For customers from Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee.

Foreign deliveries<\/b>:
For deliveries to countries of the European Union, the currently valid VAT of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For orders from outside the EU, we reduce our prices by the German VAT included. The respective country-specific import VAT must then be paid at customs. We cannot provide any information on the levying of customs duties. A corresponding declaration of origin is printed on the invoice.<\/p>\n

Payments from foreign banking institutions are free of additional charge within the EU if the IBAN and SWIFT code for our bank account are indicated on the transfer.
